Chick-fil-a - West Allis

I visited Chick-fil-A for the first time and was impressed by the remarkably friendly and patient staff. Despite my difficulty reading the menu sign, the cashier graciously helped me choose from their variety of sauces. The customer service at this location was top-notch! A big thank you to the hardworking team members.

I was amazed by the excellent customer service and overall experience at this restaurant. I received a "be our guest" card inviting me to visit this location, and I decided to dine there. Everything was incredibly clean, and all of the employees were friendly and went above and beyond for each customer, which is rare to see nowadays. I want to give a special shoutout to Ariel, who took my order at the register, gave me a discount with my "be our guest" card, and even offered to refill my drink as I was leaving. I am truly impressed by the staff here, who greet every customer with a smile and make sure they have a great experience. It is easy for people to be negative towards those in the customer service industry without realizing the hard work and dedication it takes to create such a positive experience. This fast-food restaurant exceeded my expectations and turned my afternoon around, leaving me with a big smile on my face. The team, owner, and managers should be very proud of the service they provide.

The service is always exceptional and the staff is always smiling! We used the drive-thru and were served quickly, receiving our delicious food promptly. They made sure we had plenty of sauce and napkins. Overall, a great experience for a quick breakfast.

Emily the Team Member who took our orders was so amazing and such a pure delight to chat with. She was so sweet and very friendly with a Sinfully Heavenly smile that made my day so bright.

It was very quick and efficient the drive-through was so fast Even though we'd never been there. It was immaculately clean on the inside to the point it was shocking. The food was a little expensive but very good.
