Bidra med feedbackDepending on the location... Waffle House can be a hit or miss. On this special day, I put an order for two waffles. Some of the waffle manufacturers seemed to have problems. I'm sure at least 2 employees knew about the problems, but obviously it was as usual. I saw the final result of a few waffles. They just didn't look attractive. Fortunately, my waffles were fine. It's not Ihop or Pancake House, it's the waffle house. Get someone and get the waffle manufacturers fixed. I gave four stars because the staff is always pleasant and this special Waffle House was opened the day after the Hurricane Ian hit. When everything including gas stations was closed... They were open and did their best to go to the crowd of guests who sit down, eat and commands. Thank you to the staff that it happens
Always good here, but often wonder why I can't place a togo order if I live 5 minutes away. He asked the waitress and was informed that they sent the phone. Literal 2 tables here and have to wait. Thank you.
I had the waffle with ash-brown, 2 eggs,ham and raisin toast, and it was great. The service was great, my food was just as I asked. Will be back soon for great service.

I would like to report the poor service I received at your store at VIllage Market store #650 this evening. I wanted to place a to go order in person between 11-1120 pm. The store while fairly busy still had open tables and no one waiting in line. There were by my count 3 servers and 2 cooks on staff unless there were more in the back. I spoke with Madison and informed here I wanted to place a togo order. She told me they weren 't taking to go orders but a could sit at a table and eat and pointed to an empty table. I was a bit taken aback by this answer. I have been going to this waffle house for 15 years and have never had this happen. They were not understaffed nor overly busy especially if i could just grab a table. I tried to politely explain to her the silliness of this request as I could just sit down wait for my order then ask for a box. Wasting plates, time and taking up a table. When explained that she said I couldn 't do that necessarily. I have seen this location so busy at times that there are crowds of people standing outside and barely room to walk inside and they still took to go orders. I am not sure what happened tonight but it needs to be corrected. If there are readily available tables for me to sit down I should not be refused to go service. What boggles my mind is that there was no thought to even find out if I was willing to wait or even and explanation of what was the reason why. She just walked away. Even a triage method would have been better a hey we are really behind are do you have a big order or is it just you? If an investigation was done she would have found that it was just me ordering one dish for myself. I do not understand the thought process here.
