This place has really gone downhill the past few years, sadly. I once waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru- you can’t leave if there’s a car ahead because of the way it’s set up. On a different visit I ordered sweet tea to go, got home and discovered SALT in the tea instead of sugar!!?? Another visit was about 25 minutes in drive-thru then they said my order was deleted, hadn’t even started to make it and they had me pull out of drive-thru to park while they made it. After a few bad incidents I should’ve learned but felt like giving another chance. This used to be one of the best fast food places in Wentzville many years ago.
Has you wait at drive thru with Noone else in line for 15 minutes. After finally taking order and pulling up to window Noone comes to window at all after 10 minutes I drove away. This has happened at this location about 10 times. I refuse to go here anymore even for driving my wife around so she can do door dash.
Upon arriving in the drive thru we were told they’re short staffed and we could only order two meals. Thankfully this stop was just my husband and I and not our family of five. The gentlemen rushed us through our order, repeatedly telling us there were only two people working. Waited about five minutes before someone even opened the window to take our payment and they forgot parts of our order. We were the only car in the drive thru. This seems to be a constant complaint and sounds like management needs to fix the issue. Definitely would not recommend.
This restaurant is very short staffed but their food is always very good and freshly cooked. Burgers were hot and tacos were hot and crispy. Thank you Jack in the box!
