Agliolio A Fresh Take On Italian

Wow, if you want really good authentic food, fast service , attentive staff this is it. We were impressed, you would not think a place in a small mall would be good… We come to Wellington for the horses and appreciate the casual family atmosphere and we have been many times. We even spent Christmas Eve there tonight with our grand kids and was a success! Thank you.

The best Italian place to eat. Food is always great. I go 2 times week and for the past 8 years and food consistency is excellent. I have never had an issue. The staff is tops also. All are genuinely nice and always willing to make sure you have a great experience. You will never wait around as they all hustle. The food is served just right and tastes authentic as it is.

Have been to this place since it opened many years ago in Wellington. It was always one of my favorites. Staff is incredible, and the place is so busy and so much fun. Most meals come with a house or Ceasar salad. and there fresh garlic bread. because I am not eating starch currently, I went with the Zoodles. Which in the past were terrific. added all the veggies and topped with meatballs and a fra diablo sauce. This time, it came out like a soup so wet that I had to send it back to have the water drained out of it. So if you order their zoodles, request the zoodles separately! to make sure you don't have soup. My wife loved her chickpea noodles with seafood. Friends had the salmon, undercooked, and ciopinno. The house salad was great and loved Skyler, our server she was so sweet. Darn, I forgot to take pics!! Update: July 7th, 2023 went with my wife and my friends. We had a blastin the back corner of the restaurant, and what an incredibly better meal this time. We went with the Chicken Parmigian, and each of us had different pasta. all the others had angel hair with pesto, I went with zoodles and Fri diablo with all the veggies, But our amazing server, Valentina made a suggestion whe I told her about my last being at this place and having soupy pasta. She had them separate the veggies from the sauce so that when they came I could drain hem till the water in the veggies were gone and still full of flavor and had the sauce on the side. Thank you, Valentina, for getting me to the 4 stars today! followed by a cup of decaffeinated

Seven of us enjoyed a delicious, leisurely lunch here today. The appetizers, soups, and most importantly, all of the entrees, were excellent. The homemade pasta was, as always, perfection! Our server, KARSYN, was patient, friendly, and efficient. She is exceptional and made our experience that much more enjoyable. I couldn't thank her enough! This restaurant is the complete package: fine cuisine, great service, and a nice atmosphere.

The service and atmosphere are generally pleasing, giving off a very family-type vibe. Food is hot and fresh. Only complaint is the very common watery-ness of the sauces, usually as a result of improperly drained pasta. Still recommended nonetheless.
