Ye Olde Squires Restaurant & Pub

My hubby and I visited our local Mall restaurant for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. Jody, our Server, was fantastic and scoured the menu for gluten free options as I am a Celiac. She made sure I was looked after from beginning to end. Probably the best server I have had. The food was great, the atmosphere pleasant and I watched golf on a huge tv above us. We will return. Btw…I had the haddock.

Overall...great service, atmosphere and food although one person of seven in party found their fish (not sure, salmon or tuna) dry....cooked too much.

My wife and I have been regular customers at this restaurant for the past 11 years and we have never been disappointed. The service is great and the food is excellent. If you happen to be there when the owner is present, she will likely visit your table. I highly recommend this place - the food is amazing.

During our one-night stay in Welland, my husband and I dined at this restaurant. He ordered the liver and onions, while I opted for the shepherd's pie. We started our meal with a delicious salad. Both dishes were tasty and reasonably priced. The restaurant followed all Covid protocols and the staff were extremely friendly.

My friend Rosanna and I went to Ye Olde Squire for dinner recently. I ordered the Cajun salmon and Rosanna got the fish and salad. Both dishes were delicious and the staff were friendly. I give them 5 stars for the excellent meal and service, especially during these challenging times. The kitchen staff also deserves a 5-star rating for keeping the menu flowing smoothly. A special thanks to the owner Cheryl for checking in on us during our meal. We highly recommend Ye Olde Squire for a great dining experience.
