Asked the “barista” for assistance in throwing away a SEALED item, in exchange for the Frappuccino, as the garbage was clearly adjacent to the window station that she was working. To my surprise, the Barista’s attitude suddenly changed, when she sarcastically informed me that “[they] aren’t allowed to take anything back through the drive-thru”, but didn’t hesitate in between “have a great night” to then slam the window on me. Let’s discuss why this is poor customer service:1. The customer is always right. If I’m the paying customer of an $8.00 drink, do your job and comply with the customer’s simple requests. Customer service is needed to keep return customers. Corporate and management knows this.2. The item I was requesting to be thrown away was sealed, not contaminated, not visibly soiled, and not a drink with a lid or straw. In fact, it would have been less of an infection control risk to throw this item away than it would be to accept my credit card, or for me to hand back an incorrectly made drink (which unfortunately happens frequently due to untrained or difficult to train staff).3. It is easy to wash your hands, and should be taking place frequently in this situation. Staff should be washing hands when visibly soiled, or after every so many customers, while using a disinfectant to sanitize their hands in between customers. It would have been very simple for this “Barista” to simple toss the sealed and clean item into the trash, wash [her] hands, and go back to work. This would have been the most appropriate customer-service oriented option.Please review this incident with the “Barista” in question, and advise her of the difference between assisting a customer with a reasonable request versus denying a customer of an egregious or infection related request.By the way — the Frappuccino was also made incorrectly.
Great location. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Great for an afternoon coffee pick me up. Great selection of items
This location is my favorite i am right up the road I’m definitely a regular ! I know everyone at this location they know my needs of my drink right away with repeating to make sure its correct ? they are caring and respectful I love everyone here definitely recommend this location to everyone! They know how to make drinks on the spot keep up the good work and thank u all!Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose in tolerance and they always have a new pitcher for me cuz I’m allergic to all nuts!

Added a cute little guy to my order today! His name is Buzz?Had to try out the new bumblebee cake pop and it did NOT disappoint! MOIST Vanilla cake inside, dipped in a chocolaty yellow coating and a cute wittle face! Loved it? paired with my double iced espresso with extra salted caramel cold foam?I will be returning later to try the new Chocolate Java Mint Frappuccino! I have high hopes for this drink and I already know I’m going to love it Lastly,The staff here has always been great. And my mobile orders are almost always ready when I go to pick up. I understand they can get super busy at times, and I don’t mind waiting an extra couple minutes because it is RARE that I ever have to wait. And drinks are always up to par?My FAVE location, thank you!!!
