It's kind-of crazy but this high end coffee shop doesn't serve much coffee. They had the usual 3 urns with different coffee on display but when I asked for dark roast they explained that in the afternoon they only serve the medium roast coffee. I explained I didn't like their medium roast and wasn't willing to pay so much for a coffee I didn't want. The server very reluctantly said she could do an Americano for me when it was clear we were at impass. I would have preferred a pour over dark roast, the Americano was rather weak. Not a great coffee experience. I should clarify that my friends sugary syrup based beverage was exactly as she liked.

The guy did not anything about customer service. The lady who took our service was super nice. Never come back

I used to go to this location even when I was grocery shopping because I found the quality to be higher than that of the metro location. I usually order ahead to avoid a wait time but more often than not the printer is having problems. Not the staffs fault that way of course. But I often find when I order a caramel macchiato (hot) they also more often than not make it iced. I triple check before saying anything as I have made the mistake when ordering before. They're always apologetic and remake it quickly people make mistakes that is life there's no reason to be rude to staff, but it seems to happen more and more frequently regardless of how busy the store is.

The staff here are usually very friendly and they make the drinks very well.Good use of the space.
