Bidra med feedbackMy favourite spot for ramen in the city! There’s always a bit of a line at this place, which is really testament to the quality of the food on the expansive menu. The prices are also more affordable than other ramen joints, with much larger quantity as well
We’ve been going to this place for a few years now. Nothing beats a nice warm ramen on a cold rainy day!First things first pls dine in, takeout and delivery are not recommended. Overall the place is a small setting. And the service is pretty quick. My go to ramens are miso based. All of them are pretty good, however the best one is Sapporo. Their takoyaki is good but not the best.Recently, I have noticed that they serve only 2 small pork pieces (earlier they had 4 5). I guess it’s inflation! However, favour is on point and we enjoy the freshness.
Glad we found this place for our Ramen cravings. They have the best Ramen in North America ? Food is much better than New York Ramen places. We enjoyed here. They have vegetarian options available as well. Just ask for the substitute.Staff is very friendly and suggestions are good.Since the place is so popular, there is a long wait to get a table. You need to come in and punch your name n number to get in a queue. They don't accept reservations over the phone.
I’ve been wanting to order from here for so long when we were in Mississauga again this week it looked like it wasn’t going to be in the cards for me again. So I just decided to place a order to go bring it home to enjoy the next day. It wasn’t ideal but I was tired of waiting ?. So I went with the black garlic Tonkotsu. I was able to enjoy it the next evening when we got home it was still absolutely AMAZING! The garlic flavour was so delicious the veggies were still fresh. I’m so glad that it was enjoyable even the next day but I still can’t wait to get into the restaurant try a fresh bowlQuick edit!I’m mortified that my review sounded like I was unable to get in due to wait times. Reading it back, that’s absolutely what it seemed like. But that wasn’t the case. It has always been due to my husbands work schedule never lining up with their open hours having other dinner commitments. I should have worded that so much better.I absolutely LOVE seeing local businesses being so busy there are no tables never have an issue waiting. We in fact waited over an hour for a table at another spot in the city the day we ordered here. So nothing but love for this review we still can’t wait to line our schedules better to dine in here. Even if we have to wait ?
We accidentally discovered this restaurant while we were dining in the Burger King a month ago. We decided to try it out yesterday. They not only offer a variety of noodles based dishes, but also have rice dishes too such as donburi. This is surprising as it's usually difficult to make a variety of ramen in a single joint as the soup base is very different from tonkotsu to shio to shoyu to miso ramen. At the door, they have a tablet which allow you to added to the waiting list. You will receive a text message once you are the next. We waited about 10 before getting a table. My son ordered katsudon. Me and my daughter shared an extra large shoyu ramen, and my wife ordered katsukare. The soup base for the shoyu ramen was a bit light but still fairly good. My son loved the katsudon and my wife enjoyed her dishes as well. However, they are all slightly different from what we had in Japan. They play a lot of Japanese shows on the TV while you eat which keeps my children occupied. The only thing was that the manager was very upset at something and was screaming at some servers which broke our dining mood. And the server gave us the wrong bill when we were paying.Kid-friendliness: They were playing anime.
