Panera Bread - Waxahachie

Give them a chance to visit panera bread in waxahachie tx and this will be my last visit. ordered margarita flatbread and truthahn chili for our party. after I asked that our chili in a cup or a bowl and say please we were regretted that we are from Chile. next we come to the window and was told that they did not offer veteran discount. this is sad because a person was at the place last week and she offered a group of first questioned free meals. then we pay for our meal and the young lady gives us our food and our card back. we just sit there and she opens the window and says there's someone else they need. yes I need my acknowledgement, why is that something I need to ask. last drove back to 77 and tasted a piece of flatbread and it was cold. terrible customer service and cold eating.

So many things to love. they love the choice 2. the salads are so good. many healthy decisions. I love some of the seasonal items. Don't forget. the staff is friendly and helpful.

We came to panera today to eat lunch and our experience was terrible. I ordered the pick 2 and got suppe and an salate. my suppe was lumpy and looked like it was left over there. on my salat is the protein grill huh when they after our teller call them for ever, although there is not much pts here or in the drive thru. they were made of grilled chicken and threw instead on teriyakihuh. it would have been nice if they told us how we were? They were grilled by grilled bun or want something else? but no, they just stood there and pretended they didn't know. the part that makes me crazy is that they are so expensive and it should eat the price, but it does?t. oh and don't even let me start with the chicken terraiyaki dish that should be called cup!

The person taking the order could not get our order correct , or just wasn?t actively listening.. anyway I ordered the margarita pizza that comes with the wonderful basil and I add onions. She told me I could not order onions when I did the last time, and they gave me a pizza without the basil.. which makes the pizza. I drove back around, and the only thing she could say is that they didn?t have basil. Think you should have mentioned that before; it?s called customer service.

This particular location was not the best. Starting at the window they announced that they were Out of bread which was strange for a place literally named 'Panera Bread '. Luckily, I didn 't want anything with bread; I got the Baja Bowl requesting the salsa on the side amongst a few other things... They repeated the order correctly and still got it wrong. I received a baby amount of food with the salsa included as if they had pre made the bowl. On top of that, there was a brick hard piece of bread sitting in the bag (after stating they were out). Do better.
