The Plough Inn - Waverley

Absolutely lovey welcome for people that they never met. Really genuine, friendly, and so on point with just being the perfect hosts. I wish there were more like Billy and Elsie around.

I absolutely love the The Plough. Great atmosphere with open mic nights and fantastic talented bands. Oh… The staff are lovely too. You’re guaranteed a fun evening.

Visited the Plough on Saturday to listen to live music. Great to see a venue supporting local music. Excellent evening with great beer and good music

We had a fantastic meal and received excellent service from the waitstaff at this restaurant. After finishing our meals, we went outside to the smoking area and turned on the outdoor heaters due to the chilly and wet weather. Unfortunately, the manager of the establishment approached us and aggressively stopped us from using the heat lamps, claiming it was costing him money. He then proceeded to yell at us and cut off the power, despite us being paying customers who had spent a significant amount of money at the bar. The manager told us to leave if we were not happy and even called the police when we asked for a refund. We did not receive a refund and were treated very poorly. I would not recommend dining at this establishment unless the manager improves his behavior. It was a disappointing experience.
