Bidra med feedbackIn summary, when I attempted to explain that my food was undercooked and that I had been waiting for a long time, I was essentially told it was my fault and that I should have tracked down the server to inform her. I was met with the remark, "Well, I guess you didn't try very hard!" This was the second rudest experience I've had with someone in the service industry. When I called to speak with one of the owners, I was told that it was a matter of perspective, and that the server has her own way of expressing herself, leaving ownership unable to intervene. This establishment is extremely disappointing. It really deserves a zero-star rating.
The waitress was attentive, and the food was decent. We had breakfast there. However, it was difficult to locate the restaurant since there was no sign outside. The exterior looked a bit shabby, but the interior was clean.
I was charged more than expected for a bowl of instant oatmeal, a grilled cheese sandwich, and a drink.
Food was under cooked and waitress has an attitude. Wouldnt expect southern hospitality here.
Food was mediocre at best, staff were kind of rude. Not good for customer service
