I believe I just had the best burger ever at this restaurant! The meat patty was fresh and generous, topped with two thick slices of bacon, an egg, cheese, fresh salad leaves, beetroot, and tomato. The portion of chips was also substantial. The burger was so big that I had trouble finishing it. The service was friendly and attentive, providing extra napkins and even holding the door open for me as I carried my boxes. The cafe had a great atmosphere, with lots of historical information about the local area displayed in photos and stories. The cafe was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be returning on our next trip. Thank you!

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and that staff were so lovely.We could not thank them enough for making our anniversary dinner in the country just what we needed and wanted, So we went back for Breakfast the next morning and again a beautiful feed and service,Thankyou for help making our weekend away perfect.Bron

So much character and history. The service was very inviting and the scones were the BEST I have ever tasted, delicious
