Had my sisters engagement party here. Despite being a busy Saturday the staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Would not hesitate to book another function here. Had a fabulous time, well run and organised.

Fab food, fab staff, lovely atmosphere no screaming teenagers. I love it there make an effort to go every time I go to Watford.

Friendly reception at the arrival with continuous high-level service. eating was excellent and large portions. delicious aromen probably the best tasting roasting dinner I had. managed to press in a desert that was just like yummy. would definitely recommend and will return without doubt soon. thanks for a nice afternoon. x

Great traditional English pub, cosy with beautiful fireplace with melted wax covering the top of it. Good food, good service (especially from Rachel Murphy! would definitely come back!
