Harvey's - Waterloo

The French fries were hot and tasty, but a bit too salty. The veggie burgers were cold and unappetizing. I had a difficult night and didn't get much sleep. It was disappointing that they didn't have tea available. The two-can special for $9.99 was a good deal, but overall, I would not go back to this restaurant.

I am a fan of Harvey's, but I cannot recommend this particular location. There were only three staff members working, and the restaurant was filled with students. There were limited menu options available, such as no salads. The customer service was poor, with no smiles or greetings. The design of the garbage containers was also bad. It seems like they are likely understaffed.

I went to this restaurant for lunch today and witnessed the franchise owner kindly offering a discounted meal to an elderly woman who had forgotten her home certificate. He was very friendly and efficient. The line moves quickly here, despite it being busy, thanks to the hard-working staff. And the burger was delicious too!

In fact, my stomach suffered all night long and I got very little sleep as a result. I was also surprised they didn't have tea at this location. Seems rather basic, but maybe because there are a couple of tea places in the same plaza and their tea can't compete...?Very good value with 2 can dine for $9.99 special - if the food had been satisfactory.I would not return to this location.

- I LOVE Harvey's, yet this location is NOT recommended.- Short on staff, three people only serving a location that's full of students- No availability of selections that are available at every Harvey's (Ex: No Salads)- Poor customer service, no smiles, no "Hi", no appreciation- Poor design for the garbage containers. Those are probably outdoors ones.
