Harvey's - Waterloo

The French fries were piping hot (good) but a little on the salty side. The veggie burgers were cold - not at all enjoyable. In fact, my stomach suffered all night long and I got very little sleep as a result. I was also surprised they didn't have tea at this location. Seems rather basic, but maybe because there are a couple of tea places in the same plaza and their tea can't compete...?Very good value with 2 can dine for $9.99 special - if the food had been satisfactory.I would not return to this location.

- I LOVE Harvey's, yet this location is NOT recommended.- Short on staff, three people only serving a location that's full of students- No availability of selections that are available at every Harvey's (Ex: No Salads)- Poor customer service, no smiles, no "Hi", no appreciation- Poor design for the garbage containers. Those are probably outdoors ones.

I had lunch here today and witnessed the franchise owner giving an elderly lady a discounted meal even though she had left her coupon at home. He seems very kind and is great at his job. Whenever I go here I rarely have to wait long in line even though it is quite busy because the employees seem to work very efficiently. Oh and the burger was delicious too!

I love the veggie burger, I've been getting it for years and this location always does a great job.

Fast service, amazing veggie burgers, great deals with coupons. Harvey's is my go to when I'm craving a great burger and onion rings!
