Chef On Call - Waterloo

Amazing food tried the pasta. Penne rouge it was a bit bitter. But their fries and shake was good. I ordered burger after cause of the okaish pasta they gave it for free so amazing customer service.

Ordered delivery for lunch from their website. I got the crispy chicken sandwich and my boyfriend got the Philly cheesesteak. Both were delicious, I made changes/substitutions to my sandwich and they were executed flawlessly (no mistakes, nothing forgotten . The food was packaged carefully and maintained its integrity. I love that the buns are soft but sturdy enough to support the ingredients. Delivery was swift and followed instructions. Highly recommend— don’t be afraid of ordering delivery :

On behalf of the dancers at our school, we would like to thank you so very much for being such wonderful, accommodating, and organized hosts for our first night in Waterloo before our dance competition. It was the best way to kick start our week there. The food was amazing, but the service was outstanding! We appreciated the signs you made for us, the way you organized all 25 of our orders and your flexibility. We will definitely be back next year!!!

This isn't enough stars... The food is so freaking good. 12/10. Do yourself a favor and order already!.Always arrives hot and delicious. Food is well packed in mostly recyclable packaging. Portions are great, great menu variety, with many items fully customizable..Shoutout to our regular delivery guy, Chet, he is excellent!

I ordered here last night, I would have taken pics but it was AMAZING. I ordered the oh so Crispy burger with a side of fries, both were to die for and arrived on time and still hot. I'm VERY picky with my chicken burgers and fries and was overly impressed. Everything was fantastic including the sauces! 10/10 would recommend.My ONLY complaint....they need to have more oh so Crispy burgers on hand as friend went to order after me last night and was sold out...and I went to order again tonight and was sold out. ?
