Bidra med feedbackFood is always hot and delicious. Ya know, if the food I actually ordered arrives. I dont think Ive placed one order from them in the last 6 months that has arrived 100% correct. We always have items missing entirely or the wrong items in our bags. Its a shame cause we love Arbys food but when 2/3 of it is missing/wrong, it gets to be a downer and makes us want to eat elsewhere.
I have been placing orders for a few months now, around once a week at lunchtime, spending about $20 on a variety of items and different coupons. Occasionally, they include extra items with my order. The staff is consistently polite and professional, no matter who is serving. My orders are always accurate, and the portions are generous with fresh and delicious vegetables. The brisket is spot on, just like any other Arby’s location. The food truly tastes like real home-cooked meals, rather than typical fast food.
I absolutely love the fish sandwiches and hope they remain on the menu year after year. The mac and cheese is also fantastic! However, I was really disappointed with the British dip. The bacon was undercooked, and I wasn't expecting it to come with roast beef. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it at all. It's a shame because a whole brisket with dipping sauce could have turned out much better. I think the flavor of the bacon didn't complement the brisket well either. Overall, it was quite disappointing.
The customer service is excellent, and the food is prepared fairly quickly, but not so fast that you doubt the quality—everything is well made. The new fish sandwich is fantastic, and they even provide vouchers, which is a nice touch. Overall, it's a great experience!
The food is consistently fresh and served hot. I've never had any problems with my orders. Thank you!
