Moe's Southwest Grill - Waterford

All the ingredients for the Homewrecker Bowl were equally distributed and it was the most delicious bowl I've ever had. Who ever put together my order and cooked today did a fantastic job.

It was a terrible experience, I'll never get back foot at the place that eating was disgusting, the manager was very rude, I had a birthday coupon for a free burrito and because the internet was down, she couldn't use it, and the manager rudely said that she can't take it manually because she can't trust that I can't go there and try to use it. believe me, I will never go back in there, the burritos should be nice and full of things and then only if I were to give a minus 0. where is that meat?

Is not the same friendly and lively place it was earlier. everything looks awkward and lazy. eating doesn't even taste as good as before. will probably not eat here again unless it is absolutely necessary.

Store was a mess, dirty tables, the prep line was dirty, cross contamination and the fountain drinks empty. It looked like the new guy was thrown on the line without proper training.

Will never get another dime from me after i got food poisoning from the careless staff. if u want moes drive to groton or norwich… not like those are much better.
