Mcdonald's - Waterford

Ordered through doordash. Most of my order was incorrect or missing. The rest was not enjoyable, was cold and just slapped together Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–60

The worst McDonald's take out ever. Ordered 4 filet-o-fish meals 3 out of the 4 burgers the fish was bone dry like cardboard totally inedible. Also, ordered a double Big Mac, but received just the normal Big Mac. Do not waste your money. I do not recommend and will not be going back. The food was satisfying, earning a solid rating of 4 out of 5. The service was also commendable, contributing to our overall enjoyment with another 4 out of 5. As for the atmosphere, it was quite pleasant and created a nice backdrop for our meal, also rated at 4 out of 5. The food was good, but I've heard from many others that the cleanliness is unacceptable. I arrived at 11:30 a.m., and the seating area was crowded, with food on the floor. It was clear that the floors hadn't been cleaned in a while, and the surfaces weren't wiped down either. We ended up eating outside at tables that looked more presentable. The women's restroom was disgusting, with water all over the floor and a dirty sink that made it feel very unclean. Some toilets were out of order, and a few benches were broken. I didn't take any photos of the restroom because I didn’t want to bring my phone in. The staff was nice, which is a plus, but overall, I'm disappointed, McDonald's. You’ve let me down.

This place is a disappointment. The front staff were murmuring rude comments under their breath, and the manager seemed indifferent to the situation. It's not rocket science to provide good service.
