Trio Grill - Waterbury

What sets Trio apart is its cozy, neighborhood vibe. Everyone there seemed to know each other, but in a friendly way. The owner and chef both came over to check on us, showing their genuine care for the food and service. The bartender, Megan, was friendly and skilled in mixology - ask her for a pomegranate martini or your favorite drink! As we are no longer into the club scene, we prefer hitting popular spots early. It's best to make dinner reservations before 9 pm at Trio if you want a quieter evening. By 11:30 pm, the place was lively with a younger crowd. Wednesday nights are Steak Nights at Trio, and I highly recommend giving it a try!
