Dunkin' - Waterbury

The management here is outstanding, and the staff is extremely friendly. This is definitely one of the best Dunkin' locations I've ever visited!

Terrible. Burnt or undercooked. Even worse employees.

This is by far the worse dunkin I have ever stepped foot into. Every time my family order from here there seem to be a problem with getting the orders right, we wait in the the drive through for 5 to 10 mins to be waited on. The crazy part about the wait time is there is no other cars in front of us or at the window when this is happening. I don't understand what the problem is at this location. This only happens when the afternoon shift is on. I have never had issues at any other dunkins. This has happened multiple times and yet evey time I try to give them credit and try again. This is sad there are so many people out there that need jobs and yet the ones working could care less about the opportunities they have been given to work.

That is the one I visited who agrees with orders. job well done!
