The pizza is the best, but they are the SLOVEST service. No urgency to move quickly. They think that after all these years they would have a better system, especially at lunchtime when ALWAYS has a line and they are moving in the opposite direction. Christ, have a few cakes ready to go for slices, they would do a ton more business and pull people through quickly. If the pizza wasn't so good, I would never come back here again. I'm just waiting on the line and they're moving like snails.

Great first bite, delicious sauce with a decent amount and the cook tasted like the best of New Haven. Excellent jug in the crust with a good Char aroma. One of the top 3 best slices I had everywhere. In and out fast and they are pretty busy, no reheating on their disc pears needed. Mom! Pia grabbed this for me, a very sweet old lady and the girl who worked the counter was also friendly. She asked when I ordered them to look too good and I said no, but it's nice to ask them. The cook was fantastic. Worth the visit!
