Chipotle Mexican Grill - Watauga

Horrible customer service by the white girl in the front. I walk in as a black woman ordering a burrito and a kids build your own and she says we 're going to start charging for sides for the build your owns because it 's been abused . Umm. I barely ever come here so it 's not me abusing it and I need the same energy for every customer and every location. Ew. Times are hard enough, I don 't need the ugly attitude!

The WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. I 'm always a pro-Chipotle kind of guy. The food is fresh, always tasty, and reasonably priced. However, at this particular location the staff was so incredibly rude I will never return to this location purely for that reason. A quick recap: My family ordered and had a few questions on the kids tacos and what 'sides ' they come with. The (soon to find out was the person in charge) spoke so softly, I couldn 't hear them, so I was trying to clarify. This apparently bothered the person. We finished ordering, went to pay, and the girl ordering seemed really bothered. No biggie, maybe just a bad day. We grab our food and head to the car. We noticed that we didn 't get the kids (2x) drinks or their chips. I go back in to get them, and as I 'm walking up, the manager (not so under his/her breathe while eyes rolling) says Oh my god . I first reply by stating I 'm just coming up here to grab my drinks and and chips that you forgot to give me and your first reaction is Oh my god? Very kindly (even though I was absolutely boiling inside) I informed them the first reaction to someone coming to ask a question and get what they paid for maybe shouldn 't be 'uhhh, oh my god '. The gal at the checkout didn 't say a word, she got my chips after she threw a receipt she previously had in her hand, grabbed 2x cups and handed it all to me again without saying a word. I am still so amazed at how rude some people can be. I still love Chipotle, but I will drive to the next location if I ever need it.

I have been here for dine in and carry-out. Done in is great when it's not crowded. I suggest going during off times. Carry-out is spotty, they regularly get the order wrong and I don't know until I get home because they staple the bags shut. The service is usually spot on, food is good as usual, atmosphere is a bit sterile for my taste. My biggest complaint about this place is the temperature. It's always freezing in here, and I'm one those people that's always hot, but not here. Take your jacket!

Third time visiting this location and will probe my last. They do not have enough staff actually working. One guy making orders and checking people out. One guy in the kitchen and 3 sitting in the dining room. Food was good but not sure why they went to the back of the kitchen to get cold steak when the kitchen was cutting some up. I will try another location next time!

I just ordered food from this location. I read the reviews here but thought that maybe i should give them the benefit of the doubt. Well i am so upset that I decided to place the order because they got it all wrong. The only thing right was the drink. I ordered a barbacoa burrito. I got a steak burrito and you could not chew that meat. Tough and it had zero seasonings. Then I ordered a taco meal with chicken. I got steak again. How can my order be so wrong. Plus both of them were so cold that I could not bring myself to eat it in case I the food was spoiled due to the fact that they are supposed to keep this meats and rice and beans at a certain temperature to keep them safe to eat. If you are thinking about ordering from here, do yourself a favor and skip this place. Not nice, not nice!
