Then we proceeded to stand in the empty dining room while the crew that worked there stood in the back talking and not even coming out to see what we needed. For 10 minutes, we stood in there waiting for help. Nothing. There was no one in the drive thru or the dining room. No wonder it’s empty, customer service was horrible.
Very hard to figure out if the dine in option is available. But food always good.
I’m originally from nj and i love me a blue coconut slush with nerds. Haven’t been to a Sonic since i moved out here last year and this one did not disappoint. My slush was on point and my friend got an oreo blast or something that he thoroughly enjoyed. We also got those new buffalo chicken dip bites and they came out so hot and fresh and good that we had to order more before we left. Only gave it a 4/5 cause i miss when you guys came out on roller skates ?
Though they seem to be rather short staffed atm, as their pull in spots were all closed, the food arrived at the drive thru, it was hot, and my sonic blast hadn 't even started to thaw. The food was great, especially after a long day of cleaning. The employees I spoke directly to were very professional and friendly. They even offered to give my pit bull a Pup cup...which was soft serve vanilla ice cream, that he thoroughly enjoyed. Honestly, as long as you 're patient, because..well, it can be a real shiit show when a place is understaffed, the Sonic in the valley is the closest to home I 've been in a long time. And I 'm from Texas, lol.
Went to order and all I was told was we aren’t doing this we aren’t doing that. Like what are you doing so I can know if I need to go to a different location to get food. Or maybe if your not doing anything then change the hours of operation so people know when you are actually doing something.
