Bidra med feedbackToday is Customer Appreciation Day, which is a lovely gesture, but there’s a significant problem for those who order online without knowing about the event. The restaurant's website doesn’t mention Customer Appreciation Day at all. Consequently, when you place an order, your payment goes through, you receive an estimated delivery time, and a tracking link is sent to you. However, the restaurant won’t begin preparing your order or notify you that it won’t be fulfilled until you call an hour after the pizza was due to arrive. This is especially frustrating when you come home from work to find your kids hungry and eagerly waiting for the pizza that simply isn’t coming.
I had a disappointing experience last night when the delivery driver took $13 from me. The pizza itself was good, and I've been a loyal customer, but I noticed that the driver wrote in his own tip amount on the signed receipts. Just a heads up to others—be cautious!
The pizza we received wasn’t prepared correctly, and this has happened more often than I would prefer. However, when it’s done right, it’s truly delicious. On another occasion, I had the unfortunate experience of having the phone slammed down on me after placing a to-go order, which seems to be a frequent issue. The service could definitely use a friendlier touch. Furthermore, the owner can be somewhat abrasive; a public relations course might be beneficial for them.
I haven't had a bad experience at this restaurant yet. The pizza is consistently fresh and made quickly, and the staff is very friendly. The guy with curly hair is especially considerate and kind; he never rushes anyone. However, I do wish they offered a wider selection of toppings.
