The Roost - Washington

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance with a variety of food options including Asian, pizza, and classic Americana. There is also a wide selection of beers to choose from. The outdoor seating area is particularly nice.

The Roost is fantastic as a food hall. You can sit anywhere (inside or outside), order and pay using a QR code, but you still receive excellent table service. Not only do they bring your food to your table, a team of professional and friendly wait staff also bring you water, plates, silverware, and a cloth napkin (fancy touch). The entire hall is well-designed and decorated. I have tried food from HiFi Tacos, Slice Joint, and AKO Sushi and all of them have been amazing. I wish this place was closer to my home so I could visit more often.

Wow, at this restaurant you can simply sit and order more food and beer using your phone. As a xennial, I am still very impressed by technology like this. I selected some items on my phone and a friendly server brought me a pint of beer and some food.

Burger With Grilled Cheese As a bun You need to have this in your life. The beer selection is huge. Bartenders are awesome. I went for happy hour and it wasn't busy so they let me sample like 10 beers before I decided. You guys rock. Right now the stouts are sweet as hell though- too sweet, sours are great, but you could use some more ciders on tap

I enjoyed my dinner here. I ordered from three different restaurants. You can order from your phone and it?s paid for there too. No waiting for a check and you can eat with ease. We sat outside and it was a pleasant experience. The wait time was fine because you seat yourself and then you are attended to.
