Steak 'n Shake - Washington

No good experience. I wanted to order an order. I got a shaker, philly burger and pommes. he got the shake in 2 minutes, but eating took 20 minutes. the whip cream on the shake was a melted chaos. I came to the house and had old pommes and a phillyburger without wobble and no green paprika. they forgot. the brot was barely grilled so it was only fat everywhere. not happy. I wanted to call him, but no answer.

Eat good, but from any reason they take so long to come and sit you. I went older with my parents they could see. I was ready to sit her before someone finally came. is even more surprising when they are ready to pay and no one wants to come to check them. sad

Good work, the times were pretty slow today. the food was good. they are great if they contain everything they order though. I ordered a chili cheese with a whistle and they left the wobbles. Apart from that, everything was pretty good and the server were pleasant.

My family loves steak n shake. eating and service is very much time. we like our burgers a little less crispy than they tend to make them, so we ask them to make our burgers, less done and less crispy. As long as they tell them what they want, they will do it so.

Honestly not my favorite place. Good place if you really want a burger. Not a fan of the immediately cold shoestring fries, but the chili makes up for it nicely. The $4 menu is one of my largest attractions, and the fact they put out some darn good coupons. The original shakes are good, but I am always disappointed in the specialty ones with the candy in them...I'd rather have a concrete/blizzard if I am getting that. Staff is always awesome at Washington, and I make sure to tip them well for their excellent service.
