Macintyre's - Washington

Great bar/ restaurant in the zoo area. Lots of local craft beer, reasonable prices and decent vegetarian options. I came here 2 days in a row and was greeted immediately, given water and a menu without asking. The service is great and there are a ton of TVs. They have outside seating and gender neutral restrooms as well. Will definitely be a spot I come back to when in DC!Vegetarian options: Baby Bella Quesadilla was great

Great neighborhood pub for classic bar food, good drinks, and a friendly environment. I’ve enjoyed my time here with friends and bringing my family.Kid-friendliness: The out door patio is great for kids especially during happy hour

Went with a friend. Casual but relaxed and nice. Good selection of beers at moderate prices. Server Bar P was cool

I had the Southwest Chicken Sandwich- it was huge and delicious and a bit sloppy but so worth it. I chose slaw instead of fries, the slaw was ok. Eating solo, so I sat at the bar. There was one server who seemed to be in a bad mood, but a server named Liz was super friendly and helped me choose among my top three choices of dinner.

Great service and super good vibe. The chili was soooooooo good you must try. I also had the southwest chicken sandwich and it was just as tasty as the chili. They also have a great secretion of beer and cocktails. Nice outdoor sitting to if you don’t want to sit inside. Will come back.
