Hibachi Japan - Washington

The Fried Crispy Wings, Fried Dumplings (8), and Philadelphia Roll were all delicious. Unfortunately, the Egg Drop Soup lacked flavor. I wish the dumplings came with a dipping sauce, but I just used some soy sauce from the fridge.

This is my second and last time ordering from this restaurant. The food was very dry and overcooked. I had requested for the teriyaki chicken to not be overcooked, but it turned out tough and dry. The teriyaki chicken and shrimp were okay, but the meat was slightly overcooked and there was no teriyaki sauce. There were hardly any onions, zucchini, or carrots in the dish. I ordered soba noodles which were the best part of the meal. I also ordered Shumai (8 pieces for $6.99) and they were very small, almost like bay scallops.

The Chicken Teriyaki was a bit tough, but the flavor was decent. My boyfriend really liked his Hibachi Chicken and Steak. The French Fries were horrible, but I should have known better than to order them from an Asian restaurant.

Everything was delicious. The Hibachi Ribeye Steak was a bit fatty for my liking, but I absolutely hate any amount of fat so if you dont mind a little fat, youll probably like it. The rice, vegetables included with both meals, and the Chicken Teriyaki (6) were my favorite. The white sauce is probably the best youll find in Washington.

Steak was under seasoned, rice had almost no flavor. The steak also wasnt what was advertised from the restaurant. The only thing that was decent was the chicken tempura and thats it.
