Bidra med feedbackDecided to use the drive through, the customer service was quick, the prices are super low, got this HUGE iced Americano for $2. their bagels cream cheese are so delicious! The cream cheese is made on-site, you can taste the love in it! I got theBlueberry bagel with honey-walnut cream cheese. Everything just melted in your mouth so perfectly!
Waited in line for 25 minutes for a mediocre iced coffee. There were only 4 cars in line at the time. The baristas were nice at least, but there?s no reason to have waited that long. Normally I don?t bother leaving reviews, but this is the third time I?veexperienced excessive wait times in the to-go line. Edit: could have gone without the passive aggressive response from theowner. As stated previously, this is not the first time I?ve had this issue. The other times were during business days, so itseems like we can?t just blame it on it being a busy Saturday. Would have been nice to have been offered a resolution, and notjust excuses. Congratulations to the newlyweds though! ??
Oh my goodness! Cutest little coffee house! I didn't get a pastry or bagel, but probably should have. My latte was fabulous and the service was great. The seating area is warm and inviting. It's a local, small business well worth visiting!
UPDATE: I Originally gave a one star review because of the ridiculous wait time in the drive-thru, however, it is apparent that the ownership is trying diligently to make the wait time better. I still believe ordering before the window would move thingsalong faster, but I like some of the new measures they?ve added to speed up the wait, namely the pulling forward of largerorders. This really is the best coffee in town and I?ve never had any complaints about the quality of their beverages. I alsoreally love the bagels. I try to support local and I try to support people who really want to make a better place, and thesefolks have proven that. Stop by and have a Wrangler! ?????? ?????????????????? The coffee is superb. The pastries aredelicious. The wait time is... beyond ridiculous. I'd give this place 5 stars if they could work out a better orderfulfillment system. The drive up window is one of the most inefficient things there. They need to have ordering availablebefore the customer gets to the window. As it is, you can expect a minimum 10-15 minute wait PER CUSTOMER. So if you're 2 carsbehind, you can expect to wait a half an hour just to place your order. Nobody has that kind of time when they're stopping forcoffee. I'd go by here every morning if they could cut their wait time. The staff is always very courteous also. The waittime just far eclipses all the wonderful things about the place for me. RESPONSE TO OWNER: If the solution for the inefficientand lagging drive up window is to encourage people to come inside, then you should probably just get rid of the drive up window. As a mother of 2 small children, it?s a chore and a half to unharness 2 kids and lug them inside for a coffee for me. I won?tdo it. If you have staff available to be making coffee inside, then I again reiterate my original comment that the orderfulfillment routine needs to be reworked. I?d love to be a regular customer if you could speed things up. I?m
Coffee was good and the decor was pretty as well. However, when I asked for coffee with room for cream, I went to add cream and found they only had mini moo creamers at the counter. I asked if they had half and half and they did but said they would haveto charge me extra. If you are going to charge extra for real cream, that's fine. But why not tell the customer that when youring them up? You don't go to a nice coffee shop to dress your coffee with 2 year old mini moos. Please consider informing thecustomer about the half and half charge when you ring them up. Cookies were not very good.
