Love the atmosphere of this place, it's unfortunate the food is horrible, frozen, microwave garbage mostly, staff is clueless and make alot of mistakes and grumpy, i gave it 3 tries hoping for a one off, never

Food was very good. Server was very kind. Food was out fairly quick for being so busy!

Garbage food. Waitresses and management more worried about drinking and socializing than attending customers and ensuring they have a great experience. What a joke of staff this establishment has.Save yourself the trouble and go to any St. Louis in Barrie, or Collingwood. you’ll get friendly staff, a great atmosphere and way better food.

St.Louis is the worst bar I have ever gone too. I went there Friday night for a date, there was one server all night, she waited on tables, made all the drinks, and had to help out in the kitchen. Then general manager was there at the bar on the clock getting drunk not helping any of her employees at all.

The food was absolutely fine for a chain restaurant. The issue with this place is the service, and it was bad enough that it knocked down this review. When I came in, I was totally ignored and didn’t know what to do. Nobody said hi or even told me to hold on. Eventually I just called out to the woman at the bar if I should just sit anywhere, and she said sure. So I picked a table and waited. Nobody brought me a menu and the table was dirty with dust and bits of something blowing in from the open window, but they were all kinda dirty looking. I was so confused, because nobody was coming to the table to serve me, or bring the menu, so I just sat there awkwardly. It was like they wanted me to leave so they wouldn’t have to serve me. Eventually a lady came (still without a menu) and admonished me for picking “the dirtiest table” as she wiped it down. After that, service was alright, but the service was so unfriendly and strange at first that it really made me want to leave. There was also a concentration of staff standing around the bar gossiping with the men sitting there, so they all seemed more interested in that than doing their work.
