Bidra med feedbackThe staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly and accommodating. My only issue was the wait time for the food, around half an hour, but it's understandable as the food needs time to cook.
This charming pub would benefit from a wider variety of lagers, particularly Stella, but I understand that their selection is determined by the brewery. The service was excellent overall.
This was my first time at The Pickering Arms and I found the food to be excellent. The new managers and employees had only been there for a few weeks, but I was very impressed by the food and the friendliness of the staff. Personally, I found the restaurant a bit dark. Even though there was a fire, I still felt cold while dining. I know I shouldn't complain during these challenging times. I will make sure to sit closer to the fire next time. Overall, I highly recommend a visit as the experience was very good all around.
The menu was quite limited and has to be rather in the north-based pub duve than fantasies named offers. I have tried to start eating or desserts that we have tied so none of us had any. food quality was generally good and personal excellent, but a quiet pub on a Saturday night is not a good sign for their profits
The pub is set in a lovely cute area just outside of Lymm. Service was spot on from enetering and being seated right through to the end of our meal. We all had roast dinners, a few had chicken and one beef all cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend.
