Sal's Pizza Steaks

I appreciate the wide variety of pizzas available, all of which have great flavors. However, my favorite is definitely the taco pizza.

The two ladies at the counter were incredibly helpful and friendly, even amidst the chaos.

The service was outstanding, and the ambiance is perfect for a quiet lunch or dinner.

Absolutely the best! I've been getting my cheesesteaks from Sal's forever, and I still haven't found anywhere better, even after living in Philadelphia for five years! Nothing can compare. I even brought my friends from out of state to try Sal's instead of going to D'Alessandro's, which is only five minutes away. The staff is incredibly friendly and always remembers me, even if it’s been a while since my last visit! Plus, they have fantastic lunch specials. I would give it ten stars if I could!

I was surprised by some of the negative reviews regarding the staff at Sal's, so I felt it was only fair to share my own experience. Sal's isn’t our usual restaurant, but I discovered it while my daughters were at the shelter. Although we’ve only ordered from there about half a dozen times, I can't say we've ever had a bad experience. The food has always been good and the prices reasonable; however, one thing we have consistently noted is the kindness of the staff. On several occasions when we picked up our order, we commented on how polite the young staff members were. Given this, I was taken aback by the contradicting comments, so I wanted to express that, at least based on my limited experience, the service at Sal's has been remarkably good!
