We are regular patrons of Merlot's in Warrenville, and it has never disappointed. Our table in the requested bar area was to our liking. Our server was personable and outstanding, and our meals were, as always, outstanding. Our half-dozen charbroiled oysters were very good, and our filets were done perfectly to order. All-in-all, another satisfying experience Merlot's.

It was the best. This restaurant kind of fell of our radar. We had been here before but not for many months. Everything was great. Easy to park, nice person to receive us, attire code to keep out hats and sports jerseys. Great table locations, not too close. Great waiter, food selection and quality was good. Nice drink selections. There was nothing that went wrong with this restaurant on our visit with four of us. It made for a fun night.

We waited for quite awhile at the hostess stand on a Thursday night, to check in with our Open Table reservation, and no one ever came. So we finally found a server, but than had to doublecheck multiple times, to make sure that we were logged into the system, to earn our points. Wait service was unbelievably slow, our meal took a full hour longer than normal, with us frequently having to ask for help from a staff member walking by. The food was delicious as usual, but we have been going to this Eddies for years, and their service levels are dropping off precipitously.
