Bidra med feedbackThe prices varied from one visit to the next. Got containers of Tostito salsa with our order once instead of made there. It was just confusing as you weren't sure what the same order would be like the next time.
Papu's could be the best restaurant in Warrenton. They could be the best restaurant within a 50 mile radius. But here is why they aren't: 1. The food is AMAZING! It is authentic and flavorful. Whatever you get is going to be good. But it isn't going to be what you ordered because they are out of it, whatever it is. 2. They are probably closed. You would think that given the fact that they are closed Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, they would do some prep and not be out of nearly everything by Wednesday, but lo it is not to be. Even when they say that they are open, they probably won't be. If they actually are open, their hours are limited. If you are there on a day they are open, during hours when they are open AND they have what you wanted to order, you should thank Jesus and probably buy a powerball ticket because it is your lucky day. 3. They don't want you to come. The phone number listed on their website has been disconnected. If you do manage to call the right number, chances are they won't pick up. If you do manage to talk to someone, they don't act like they want to talk to you. If you go in, they won't really seem happy to see you. I truly hope that they will get their business together because the food is truly amazing.
After trying to contact them over the last few days with one phone number being wrong and messages on the socials, I drove out here from LSL only to find locked doors. Google shows them open, and the hours show them open but no lights on.
The food is great. It truly is way better than anything you can normally get around this area of Missouri. I hope the community supports them so they can stay open a long time.
Absolutely some of the best food around! So much love flavor in every bite! ?
