Bakn - Warrendale

Spare yourself. Long wait for food, not attentive, over-priced less than average lunch. I had the $10 chicken sandwich, literally McDonald's is better. My partner had the berry pancakes, dry and lacks flavor.

Pretty pathetic that a business cant update its information online. Drove 45 minutes to the warrendale location (online said it was open) and was greeted with a for lease sign on the door and it being closed. I then tried calling the main carnegie location and received no answer. Not a great business practice. This place was great. What a shame.

30 miles out of our way to support their Warrendale location because everywhere we look it says it's open. It's not. It's closed due to CoVid. PLEASE update Maps, Website, and social.

2020 has been a fun year for everyone, and unfortunately one side effect of the year is that Bakn 's Carnegie location has closed (hopefully temporarily! . Well, seeing as I very much love Bakn, I decided that I would order food to pick up at their Warrandale location. Hey, it 's not like I 'm doing much these days, so why not enjoy the sun and an audiobook while driving to get brunch? I can 't comment on the dine-in experience at this location, but when I walked in to pick-up my food, the team here seemed very nice. They had also prepared things on time so all I had to do was walk to the bar, pick up my food, and head back out. Definitely appreciated their promptness since it meant I didn 't have to be outside of my car waiting for long! And of course, the food itself was exactly what I would expect. It 's Bakn and that means it 's always delicious! I picked up my beloved avocado toast because this millennial enjoys her avocado toast without shame. That and Bakn 's recipe is pretty great. I also ordered their flight of fall-flavored pancakes; the flavors are apple pie, s 'mores, and pineapple upsidedown cake. I admittedly think that out of these, the s 'mores pancakes are the most unique and the best. But it 's Bakn, and Bakn knows how to make a pancake, so they 're all tasty! This wasn 't exactly a traditional dining experience, but hey, it 's 2020, what can we do. It 's certainly good to know that Bakn is still serving up its magic, even if I have to go out of my way to enjoy it!
