Aviva Brick Oven - Warrendale

Food was terrible. My salad was soggy, pizza was burnt on top, asked the server why, she said it's supposed to look that way then basically walked off. She by the way was very sloppy and unkept, hair hanging and tight yoga pants that were dirty. Restroom was gross, cobwebs on ceiling and floors were very dirty. No tp. Needless to say, we won't be going back. Also so loud, and not because of anything but the EMPLOYEES who you could hear, and their language was quite disgusting. Very disappointed.

Enjoyed a nice meal here with my daughters. Food was very good and the service was excellent. Will definitely return when we are back in the area.

The hostess was very rude. We went on a weeknight at 6 pm as a party of 6. She said there was no room when clearly there were open tables. I explained that it was my daughter’s birthday and this was the restaurant that she chose. She very rudely said “you have to call ahead.” We’ve been dining here for years and we’ve never called ahead before. She also said they were expecting a large party. Fortunately, some of the other staff put together two tables for us so that we could dine in there. In that time there were no large parties and still several tables opened. My children were even appalled at how she treated us. I guess my advice would be to call ahead. I just wish we had learned that lesson in a better way. We almost went to a different restaurant. The hostess was practically pushing us to do so.

Dont know how the food is. . They dont serve hoagies after 3pm.. thats mucking stupid. Went somewhere else ordered hoagies wings and pizza.. someone else got our $113 for take out. Service: Take out
