Bidra med feedbackServers scamming. We order a beer and a strawberry daiquiri. Took ONE sip of the daiquiri and it was watered down and not sweet at all, No liquor just pink ice, so I asked if I can get something else and return the poor daiquiri. The server Amy AGREED and got me a shark bite. We get the receipt and she charged me for the strawberry daiquiri AND the shark bite. When we confronted Amy she said she couldn 't remove it. And then Ada said no samples when SHE made me a poor drink? Ada insisted she couldn 't remove the drink because I took ONE sip of her nasty drink. The cherry on top was when Ada said that 's how we always make it . Been to crafty crab in Florida and this *same* location and that 's NOT how they make it! Crazy. Why didn 't Amy tell me in advance that she can 't remove the drink and she would charge me full price??? No real manager so no real solution. Never heard of a restaurant not willing to satisfy the customer. Poor service . Please get real bartenders next time. Wouldn 't recommend
Wow!! Me and my family agree that this was the best of all of the crab places we 've eaten at. The food was really fresh and amazing!
It was overall ok! Ordered calamari it was good and 1 lb king crab legs boil add sausage it was okay I thought the sauce was salty corn and potatoes where excellent I did like how they precut the crab legs made it much easier to eat.. I did not like the drinks blue lemonade margarita on the rocks it actually was horrible then ordered Bahama mama it was better. Was very surprised they brought out paper plates for us to eat on. Never have seen that before Server was very nice but left and went home before we could even pay left us sitting there till we eventually asked someone walking by for to go boxes. Not impressed at all not somewhere I would choose to eat at again
What the presentation! But it didn't compare to what was inside. Sorry there are no photos because the smell made me dig right it and it was yummy. The portions are plentiful so you will not go home hungry. Also the service, very warm and inviting when you walk through the door. And our server was extremely attentive.
I'm going to try to put into writing how excellent my night here was. Every Thursday, my wife and I have Date Night. And we try to find somewhere new and different to eat. I follow the Crafty Crab on Instagram, and have been thinking about putting a hurtin' on some crab legs for a while. We went tonight, and we are so pleased. Firstly, the space is beautiful. It's bright and clean, and very welcoming. You know how there's that rule of thumb when it comes to seafood places that if the place smells like fish, it's not going to be clean or fresh? This place had a smell: delicious, delicious food. I smelled wonderful spices, fried platters fresh out of the fryer, and hot steam flavored with all sorts of, well, flavors. Huge televisions let you keep an eye on your favorite game as you eat. The service was excellent. Ceejay (I think? I'm bad with names, sorry) was so friendly and helpful. She welcomed us and took time to explain how things worked. She made recommendations without being asked. She remembered to bring my extra large butter out! Other staff passed by from time to time, and they weren't shy about helping you as well by getting a refill if needed. And the food? My goodness. We stuffed ourselves. I started with some hush puppies, which were fairly basic but still tasty. It's hard to improve upon proven success. I've attached photos of our orders. I had the Dungeness Special, and my wife had the Lobster Special Number 2. These plates were LOADED with fresh, hot, delicious food. Steamed and seasoned peel and eat shrimp... boiled potatoes... corn on the cob... snow crab... I ate so. much. It was ample and it was delicious. And this was just a small sample of the deliciousness they offer! Muscles and crawfish and sausage and fried catfish and fried shrimp and... well, you get my point. I saw another review say the food was kinda bland. Don't know what they got. My food was flavored with an over abundance of spices. I had the classic seasoning, mild, while my wife got the garlic butter, also mild. Both were crazy good. And you could turn the heat up two more notches if you were feeling froggy. The prices weren't terrible. It's large amounts of (mostly) fresh seafood. This sort of thing isn't cheap. But it's very reasonable. With as much crab as I ate, they could have charged more and I wouldn't have argued. Bottom line? Go here. Eat. You will not be sorry. Tell them KYLE sent you. It won't really mean anything to them and they probably won't care, but it'll make me laugh a little.
