Burger King - Warren Park

Had my food delivered, food was cold by the time it got here nuggets and mozzarella sticks were stale, and the worst is one of the burgers had a hair in it, a loonnnggg hair. Of course no one answered when tried to call. Pretty disgusting. These is why we hardly have Burger King but just today we felt like giving it another try BUT we quickly got that reminder why we dont get Burger King!!!!

It took too long to place our order at the drive thru menu. The employee had a problem understanding what we wanted because they had two promotions going on at the same time.

The employees stand around watching videos on the phone while people are waiting for extremely long.

This is the second time I’ve put in an order on Grubhub. They accept the order, but when the driver goes to pick up the food my order is cancelled either cause they give the food to someone else, or they’re closed. Even tried the drive thru and nobody is even there. Don’t order from here. Just go somewhere else.

Dine-in Closed but NO SIGN ON DOOR. Not the first time. For me it's the last time.
