I have no complaints. It's never an issue with the food or service when I visit this
It seemed a bit slow yet it also seemed like they could use a couple more employees during midday. I like the outdoor eating area however there were 5 bees in the area. I did get stung so we finished eating inside. It was pretty chilly inside ?.The main issue at Schoenherr location is the Entry to parking lot, drive-thru is also the only exit
Staff are usually polite the food is pretty good but the wait times can be extraordinarily excessive on occasion.
Well, I just got back from picking up my on line order. I ordered 3 box meals, 2 of the same except for the drink. Mine of course)was the create your own box. I ordered the burrito supreme, beefy melt burrito and the beefy 5 layer burrito. I also asked for hot sauce. So when you order 3 box meals you expect THREE BOXES!! No everything EVERYTHING was thrown into one big bag! AND to make it even harder the burritos there should of been 5 total) we're not wrapped correctly and they all were wrapped with the wrong item on the outside so I didn't know what was what without opening up every single one! And of course one mine) was missing from the clusterfuck that was this bag! Also there was no hot sauce in the bag but there was fire and mild so I guess their reasoning would be together they are hot!!?? So anyhoo I call the store and inform them of the error, the man that answered the phone finally) didn't really want to be helpful. He said I could come back and get the replacement- not gonna happen tonight don't have time for that!! Then he told me I could bring the receipt up another day and get the replacement , thing is I didn't get a receipt!!So he said I could just come up there at sometime and get the replacement?? Huh?? Didn't take my name down, didn't ask what was missing, didn't seem interested in talking to me further because he hung up. So I'm wondering if anyone goes up there and says their order was missing something to they get free food?? Who's to say I will get the rest of my order?? I do have my email confirming my order so I guess I can use that but I just think IF the box meals I ordered were actually IN BOXES I'm hoping they would have seen their error and this WHOLE review could have been avoided!
