Bidra med feedbackThought I would give them a try . Was very disappointed . Paid $11.65 for a small with two toppings . The pepperoni was sparse . The green peppers were big huge chunks and the crust was undercooked and raw in parts . I had also heard that they put sesame seeds on the crust but this didn't have any . Would have been better off with a large from Little Caesars for 5 bucks . I'll know better next time .
Do not order from this restaurant. I placed an online order, went to pick it up and the store was closed (during normal business hours). My credit card was charged and the manager refuses to refund my card. Keeps saying to call back when the general manager is there. I have called multiple times over 4 days and the general manager is never there. I went to the store to request the refund and got the same outcome. The manager has hung up on me and is refusing to take my calls now. Do not waste your money here.
Arrived to pick up my order. Employees don't greet you at the door or acknowledge you at all. I was looked at by many employees but ignored. Stood there waiting for someone. Finally someone asked if they could help me. Picked up my order. Pizza was undercooked. Inn Stix were also under cooked. I'm pretty forgiving thypically but this is the 3rd time this has happened so they get a bad review.
We used to order cottage inn all the time so thought we would give Warren's location a try. Delivery was fast and the driver was friendly. The pizza we got was not what we had ordered and was missing the flavored crust as well. Overall the taste is still great but getting what we ordered would have been awesome. We understand it is a new location and we will give it another try down the road after people have been trained more. UPDATE Have been back numerous times for pickup and have had nothing but great pizza. The staff is friendly. Another UPDATE!!! More new owners and i would not recommend. placed a online order last week only to get there and find the doors locked and the phones to be ignored. no emails, phone calls or anything saying they weren't open or your order was cancelled. I placed a order yesterday for cinnamon sticks and got whats pictured , which also took 45 minutes on a pickup and it was still raw in the middle.
I have never experienced service like this in my life! I placed an online order of over $100 for a birthday dinner. When I arrived at pickup time, they were not busy but were super confused and had only a few of my order items ready. They didn?t have the items needed to make one of my pizzas so we just requested a refund for that one. They assured me it was refunded but the refund never went through (we finally contacted our credit card company and they took care of it). There were multiple items that we preordered that they threw together to cook after we arrived for pickup while our other items sat in their boxes! None of our sauces that we prepaid for were included, and almost everything was incorrect at the end of it. The manager and employee were also visibly arguing during our whole experience I can?t ever imagine this ever being a $100+ pizza experience again!
