Illawarra Yacht Club Restaurant

The restaurant has an excellent location with a stunning view. We had to wait in line to place our order, as there was only one person taking orders, but the food was served promptly. The six of us tried several dishes including ribs, seafood, and salads. The gnocchi was particularly delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were friendly. Overall, it's a beautiful spot for a casual lunch.

The service was good, but the food was average. The gnocchi and children's dishes were perfect, but the parmi was terrible. The pre-bought schnitzel was lacking in topping, taste, and heat. I had always thought that it would be a safe choice in a club.

I ordered a medium-rare Rumpsteak, but it came out well-done. I sent it back to the kitchen and received the same steak after it was put back on the grill. Eventually, I got a replacement that was cooked properly. However, by then, everyone else in my group had already finished their meals.

So much is wrong with this place. I made a booking of three weeks earlier and asked for a window seat. the woman who should make the booking said they would do her best to give us a window seat that I found strange when I consider that the time before my booking was. When we arrived, we were told with our friends that there was no booking. they said they had a new girl who takes bookings and she wouldn't have logged it. but they had many ersatztische, in the middle of the room, so no window seat. we ordered 2 surfing and racing. 1 medium rare, 1 well made, a pizza and nuggets with chips for 5 years old. we received 2 cold and rare grated full gristle instead of 2 filets as we ordered. the pizza was tasteless and tasteless and even the 5 year old complained that its chips were cold and soggy. hardly anything was eaten and the woman who cleanse our table said nothing. of course, it has cleaned tables with half-eat meals. that is undoubtedly the experience that both of us have ever experienced. we wanted to go to a big birthday dinner in a few months, but there is no way that we will return after this experience.

The food looked great super quick service now I no why,the hottest thing on the plate was the salad,5 of us had dinner and everything was only just warm 99% of everyone’s meal wasn’t even eaten!!!!
