I chose beer battered fish and chips that came with the most glorious potato I had in many a year. the fish was soft and tasteful, the winery a perfect accompaniment. it came from the lunch menu, and both portion and price were perfect. the smokey chicken melted with sweet potato friries and coleslaw was of my better half. they enjoyed their meal, which was also cooked for perfection and the right part for us (up, full to feel, not so much it becomes unpleasant). the service was immaculate, friendly and informative with the imprint that those who have worked there, so from a work of love. a total of a welcoming experience and a great place to think for a start place as they go to explore.
Reasonable price drinks and eating was amazing. large portion sizes. friendly staff
Beautiful staff, nice clean place and eating is great, it is worth a trip.
Stopped while cycling by for lunch friendly service and an excellent sandwich and chips!
I dined at this pub tonight and was truly impressed by both the food and the prices. I paid about the same as I would for typical microwave pub fare. I had the fish and chips, which were all homemade, served in a generous portion, and absolutely delicious. They also have a great selection of beers. I can't wait to come back—this place is a real gem!
