Don Giovanni's Pizzeria - Wangaratta

Having been coming here for many years but never done a review for one reason or another. Everytime I come in I am made to feel like I am welcome and with kids its nice to be served quickly which always happens. The food is of a very high standard and the delivered pizza's tast every bit as good as in the restaurant.

Been here twice so far first time i had a chicken schnitzel roll and it was absolutely disgusting the crumb was yuk and the roll was as hard as a rock second time we had an aussie and a sweet chilli pizza and it was the worst pizzas i have ever eaten the crust is thin and tastes like cardboard the topping is not fresh at all and you don't even get any sauce on the base. I highly recommend people do not go to this place they obviously dont know how to make good food! Very unhappy pregnant lady

After driving around Wangaratta we found this little restaurant My daughters and partner ordered pasta dishes which were all a good sized and well cookedI ordered a Mexicans pizza base was oily and was crispy pizza was an 8/10This place is a no fuss well priced with quality food

Used to come here on a regular basis and pizza was very good quality, now it's not much to write home about let me tell you .... the pizza base very thin and leaves the texture of cardboard in your mouth, toppings did not taste fresh whatsoever, and staff standing around watching television... but one good thing that is still great is the garlic bread. Just need to learn how to make pizza again and then maybe we might return but very unlikely.

This place is great as a pizza place! However, if you're on a budget, just be aware that the pizzas are pretty expensive for the quality. Furthermore, the rest of the menu isn't that nice. Thus, I wouldn't go here for a nice dinner out with friends or anything.
