What clean and tidy Fish and Chip shop and the staff are all kiwis . Best fish and chips we have had for a long time

This is our first visit after some disappointing experiences at other fish and chip shops. This was a delight. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fish was very fresh and there were several choices. Spring roll was plump and quality. Everything was well cooked and not at all oily. This will become our regular. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Love there fish and chips. They do a Gf batter, but it's not cooked in a a separate vat of oil

We were on a two-day trip and were on a camping site looking for fish and chips in the city. I called our orders. There was a 40-minute waiting time for her, but it was worth waiting. The portion size was right, at the beginning there were 't enough chips, but it was sufficient, as we also ordered fish, mussels and scallops. Once the fish 'n' chips were ready service was good and despite the mask clothing we even got a handwritten smile packed on the newspaper paper grinding time. A nice note. The fish was made good and firm to bite. The shop staff was young, but well trained all by an older woman, perhaps the owner. That said they produce a good product.
