Tititea Steak House - Wanaka

It's often said that it's easier for a restaurant chef to master complex dishes than to perfect simple ones. My partner, Sally, was in the mood for some straightforward vegetable dishes, so she opted for four side orders instead of a main course. I chose the pumpkin risotto. The sides were cooked to perfection! My risotto was excellent too, although I still haven't encountered one that surpasses the unforgettable risotto I had about seven years ago. While the chef might have considered Sally's order unusual, the waitstaff were true professionals and ensured we both left very satisfied. On top of that, I enjoyed two glasses of their house Pinot Noir from Otago—some of the best in the world! Overall, I would give this experience a 10 out of 10.

This restaurant is outstanding! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, and the chef is very engaging. The food is truly fantastic. I can confidently say that this is the best restaurant I've ever been to! The staff ensured that we were enjoying ourselves throughout our visit. The service is top-notch, and the food is simply awesome.

First impressions last. Impeccable setup of the restaurant complemented with down to earth wait staff. We had the scallop entree, lamb shoulder and the 400g steak chased down with local craft beers. Taste is indescribable. The sticky toffee pudding is da bomb! You'll find it hard to find anything to match or surpass the quality food here!

Had a fabulous meal here, to be fair for the third time. The lamb shoulder is simply divine, the calamari and pate were excellent starters and you leave feeling full, content and very well looked after. Truly can't fault this fabulous place we are so lucky to have it in Wanaka. Thanks team
