Bonchon Chicken Waltham

Korean food lover world I love Chinese food, but my partner loves Korean. So I had to try it. Everything fried was good. But I was disappointed by dry chicken katsu experience. I won’t go here again. Also the sauce over the wings seemed american. Go to a much traditional Korean restaurant, this is bit commercialized. Hope this review helpful to you, when in doubt.

I love Bonchon back home, so I figured I 'd order some spicy chicken tacos after my flight. That apparently was a mistake. The chicken was off . Not in a way that 's a health concern, mind you, but it was dry and the seasoning was weird. I ended up picking off all the chicken, but even the rest of the toppings seemed to be of a much lower quality than my home store. Now I 'm questioning if this location is the chain 's quality norm or if they were having an off night.

Wanted to give this place a try in spite of the average ratings. The food is pretty average. We ordered Bibimbap, Takoyaki. Was very disappointed by bibimbap since the menu said ‘must try’. The eggs are usually my favorite part but didn’t taste good at all and were over cooked. The rice at the bottom was pretty much burnt. The Takoyaki was good.

We've been here quite a few times. The food was delicious as always, but today's customer service was terrible. First, the girl that took our order took a long time to come over. Then she brought out the chicken wings, but no sides, no water. We had to ask twice for 2 glasses of water. She forgot to bring us the raddish for sides. And when we asked, she said she'll get it, but she never did. We had to ask another person, then he brought us one dish instead of two (we had 2 chicken wings orders, a small and a large). In the end, we asked for the bill and 3 boxes, he brought us only 2. We'd still come back for the food but customer service has got to be improved.

Let's start off with how hot and fresh everything was. The flavor of the chicken was amazing. The fries were equally as good. All was amazing.
