Wendy's - Walterhill

Drive through line was very long. After waiting for so long, I got my food and took it home. Unfortunately after getting it home it was disgusting. I order a single with cheese, tomato, lettuce. Fries. Well the fries were cold. (I live close). The burger was inedible. The cheese was not melted that shows how cold the meat was. I had to throw the whole meal away. Don't do it

If I could give a no star I would. I went through the drive-thru and the guy, I believe his name was Jacob, that took our order was very rude. I got to the window and he was still rude. It was the worst service I've had going to a fast food restaurant.

I waited in a long line at the drive thru, while the girl taking cash at the 1st window was having a full blown conversation with her boyfriend, who had pulled up in his car beside me (so she was talking over me to talk to him). They ended up leaving out two items I had ordered. When I pulled around the front to go inside, the dining room door was locked at 7p on a Friday night, Nov. 11th. So frustrating!!

Surprisingly fast for a company whose founder is some guy named “Dave”. I'm not ENTIRELY convinced bigfoot isn't real, but it seems pretty likely that it's a hoax.

This location is always out of something. No nuggets,no sauce,no tea, no bourbon sauce. The manager needs better customer service skills,and how to properly talk and accomodate the customers.
