Placed order online, hour later drove to opposite end of town to pick it up and it was not ready. Told it would be hour to make it. No apology. Now I will just go to Crumbl Cookies

The owner is very nice and helpful when we called to make sure that specific type of cookie that we loved was already baked.

Went in for some coffee. The guy behind the counter was very nice and friendly. The place smelled like fresh baked cookies. Overall, would very much recommend.

I usually have something good to say but not today. I ordered a cookie platter, thinking my cookies would be fresh since it's a big order but I was disappointed. My cookies was not fresh and hard.
