Captain D's - Walterhill

Worst meal ever. Young man came from back chomping on food to take my order. Had no clue on me ordering a 7.49 spicy fish sandwich meal. Got my food, fish was over cooked, so spicy you couldn't even taste the fish. Fries were ice cold. Observed the young man taking orders sipping a drink in the food pick up area. Big no no with the health dept.

Best meal I've ever had from this location. No complaints at all. Looking forward to coming back soon. Keep up the good work.

We ordered the spicy fish and shrimp. Neither fish nor shrimp were spicy. Very disappointed!!

This stupid Captain D’s is trying to keep Covid alive by not opening up there lobby. It doesn’t take any more work to keep your lobby open that does to keep your drive-through open. Let’s shut this location down!

The only problem I have with this Capt. D's is they are usually out of something on my order. Most of the time its baked potatoes. Since I placed my order online on my last visit, the manager called me right away and they were out of 3 items but after some negotiating I was able to make substitutions that I was satisfied with. I food is great. Best catfish so far. I have no complaints with the staff. Bathrooms have been clean. Management is doing and excellent job of keeping customers happ … – show
