WOW. We loved the food and atmosphere. It's well worth the wait — plan ahead by booking a reservation if you can. Breakfast was super fresh and my Honeysuckle Latte was so unique and delicious. The fruit is fresh — not like some places that serve fruit that's been thawed from frozen. And the biscuits… Wow. They're so good you don't need to add anything to them.

Arrived at the restaurant at 12:05 on Thursday for lunch. During our 45 min wait…..and still did not have our food the “front end manager “came to tell us that he had checked on our food and it would be at least another 15 minutes on our food. We said we were going somewhere else and he didn’t care. He even stood there and made us pay $3.16 for a glass of tea. This restaurant doesn’t even deserve a star. But unfortunately zero star was not an option. Will never go back! There are better … – show

This place may look pretty but their service is pathetic and their food is mediocre at best. Just left after trying to have lunch there waited 45 minutes for quiche, spinach salad, and a breakfast platter. Front in manager was so rude that he had the audacity to make us pay for one glass of tea at $3.16. Also said that on Fridays in the weekends the hour wait was nothing.… By the way today’s Thursday fool.

My husband, 12m old son and I just left and I am completely stunned. I have made every single type of egg, different recipes, you name it, I’ve tried it and I still cannot get my baby to eat eggs. Today at bloom he ate four deviled eggs, was picking the eggs over fruit and bread. I am a literal chef and could not get my son to eat eggs but the chefs at bloom can. Mind blown. Cannot recommend enough.

Food was delicious, service was great, new location is beautiful. As expected Sunday brunch was very busy and our wait was pretty long. Think about making a reservation if you can.
